CFS would be what you use to determine the condition of the water’s current or the rapids. As you go rafting, you would also come across calm points which are referred to as Eddies. These are like pit stops, where the waters are calmer and the current stops.

3. Before going rafting, also make sure that your body is in great physical condition. To build stamina, try to do some brisk walking or jogging. You could also focus on doing upper body workouts to be able to strengthen shoulder, back and arm muscles. Also make sure that your swimming skills are adequate.
